Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of raw hair, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if there is a rare issue.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Is the hair raw?
Yes. All Hair Therapy by Priyah bundles are 100% raw, unprocessed human hair with aligned cuticles for longevity and natural movement.

Can the hair be bleached or dyed?
Yes. Our raw hair can be safely bleached, dyed, or customized. For best results, we recommend professional coloring services.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is completely unprocessed and collected directly from donors. It lasts longer, styles better, and maintains its natural integrity compared to virgin hair.

How many bundles do I need?
For lengths 14–18 inches: 2 bundles  
For lengths 20–24 inches: 3 bundles  
For lengths 26 inches and up: 3–4 bundles depending on desired fullness
